Whether or not a cell phone is in a database is dependent on alot of factors, such as how the person has had the number and if they're carrier even reports or sells data to different databases. I have Verizon and have had my number for years, but it can't be found on any of the databases I've searched as a test. I work for a company that does this sort of research, but rather than try and sell you something, I'd much rather prefer to be straight up with you.
